Privacy Policy

What stays on your device

Everything you create in Fulgix — your coach conversations, generated programs, logged workouts, weights, and streaks — is stored locally on your iPhone. We have no servers, and nothing you do in the app is ever transmitted to us.

On-device and Private Cloud Compute AI

Fulgix's coach runs on Apple's on-device foundation models. If you enable the cloud model in Settings, requests are processed by Apple Private Cloud Compute — Apple's stateless, cryptographically enforced private AI infrastructure. Your requests are not stored, are not accessible to Apple staff, and are never available to us. See Apple's Private Cloud Compute documentation.

Apple Health

If you allow it, Fulgix writes finished sessions to Apple Health as strength-training workouts. Fulgix never reads any Health data. You can revoke this any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.

Purchases

Fulgix Pro subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Manage or cancel any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Terms of use: Apple standard EULA.

Third-party content

The exercise catalog derives from free-exercise-db (public domain); muscle-map artwork derives from body-muscles (Apache 2.0). The optional "Watch form videos" button opens YouTube in your browser — YouTube's own privacy policy applies there.
