How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to Settings or the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

Yes! All purchases and subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID. Any device signed in with the same Apple ID will have access to your purchases.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. You can also manage subscriptions in the App Store app.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. Our apps store data locally on your device. When iCloud sync is enabled, your data is protected by Apple's security infrastructure. We never have access to your personal data. Read our privacy policy for full details.

OBS 4K: How do I connect my iPhone to my Mac?

Make sure both devices are on the same WiFi network, or connect your iPhone to your Mac via USB. Open OBS 4K on both devices — they will discover each other automatically via Bonjour. For the best quality and lowest latency, use a USB connection.

OBS 4K: The virtual camera doesn't appear in Zoom/Teams

After installing the OBS 4K Mac app, you may need to approve the camera extension in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera Extensions. Then restart your video conferencing app.

Language apps: Do I need an internet connection?

No! All our language learning apps (Der Die Das, Le ou La, Ten Ta To, De Het) work completely offline. All word data is stored locally on your device.
